#Zye Boey# from men's indoor track and #Janelle Prisner# of women's tennis have been selected the EIU student-athletes of the week.

Boey won the 60m and 200m dash at the Illinois Intercollegiate on Saturday.  His 200m time of 21.14 set the Illinois Armory record and also clinched a spot in the NCAA Indoor Championships.  His winning time of 6.70 in the 60m set the meet record.

Prisner picked up a 6-3, 6-3 win playing her first collegiate match at the number one singles spot.  Her victory helped the EIU women's tennis team post a 4-2 win over SIU Edwardsville in the season opener.
