Lauren Doyle from women's rugby and Chrissie Albers from volleyball have been named the EIU student-athletes of the week.

Doyle accounted for nearly half of her team's scoring total on Sunday during a 66-3 win over Quinnipiac.  Doyle scored five trys and was good on three conversions to finish with 31 total points.  For the season she leads EIU with 152 points scored.

Albers posted two matches with 60 or more assists for the volleyball team as she finished the week with 160 total assists.  Albers had two matches with double figure assists and double figure digs collecting 30 digs on the week.  She hit .429 on the week.
