David Ciaglia from baseball and Jade Riebold from women's indoor track have been selected the EIU student-athletes of the week.

Ciaglia helped the Panthers post a 3-1 record last week on the diamond including a mid-week upset of No. 14 Louisville.  Ciaglia hit .533 for the week with three doubles, a triple and a home run.  He scored four runs.

Riebold positioned herself to earn the Panthers first NCAA Indoor National Championship bid for a women's track athlete by clearing 13'11" at the North Central Last Chance Meet.  The height ranks 12th on the NCAA charts this season and was five inches better than her previous season best mark.
