Marah Bradbury from volleyball and Garet Christianson from men's soccer have been named the EIU student-athletes of the week.

Bradbury was named the Ohio Valley Conference 'Setter of the Week' after helping EIU capture second place at Kent State Classic last weekend. She had 126 assists in three matches, hitting .560 from the floor with zero errors. Bradbury currently leads the league in assists-per-set at just over 10 per frame, which included a season high 53 assists in the Panthers' recent win over Binghamton.

Christianson made an immediate impact on the Panthers offense after missing the first four games of the season due to injury. He scored two goals in his debut against UW Green Bay. He added a goal and assist against Evansville. His three goals this season lead the Summit League as he named the Summit League 'Offensive Player of the Week.'
