Peter Geraghty from men's indoor track and Janelle Prisner from women's tennis have been selected the EIU student-athletes of the week.

Geraghty tied the school record in the men's pole vault winning the event at the EIU Friday Night Special. Geraghty cleared 17'10.50" as he helped the EIU men picked up a team victory. He is currently 10th in the NCAA this season.

Prisner helped the EIU women improve to 5-0 on the season playing at both No. 1 singles and No. 1 doubles. She helped clinch the doubles point in both Panther wins over the weekend and her singles victory gave EIU a 4-3 win over Bradley.
