Paxson Menard from men's cross country and Kylie Morgan from women's soccer have been named the EIU student-athletes of the week.

Menard placed fifth at the Bradley Intercollegiate Meet on Friday night as the top EIU men's runner on the 8K course. The sophomore posted a time of 25:06.2 which was more than 30 seconds better than his previous personal best 8K time.

Morgan was solid in goal for the Panthers on Sunday as she made 10 saves during a 1-1 double overtime draw with UW Green Bay. Morgan made two saves during the overtime sessions.
