Meagan Radloff from women's soccer and Mike Novotny from men's soccer have been named the Back to Health EIU student-athletes of the week.

Radloff scored three goals over the weekend as she has moved to a defender position with the start of OVC action. Radloff scored on a 40-yard wind aided shot on Friday against Belmont. She had two goals in Sunday's win over Austin Peay with a game winner two minutes into the second half and a penalty kick in the final 20 minutes.

Novotny was solid in goal for the Panthers on Saturday as he helped EIU picked up a 1-1 tie with Summit League preseason favorite Denver. Novotny made six saves including two on point-blank shots in the second half. The freshman goalkeeper is fourth in the conference in saves and sixth in goals against average.
