Casey Teson and Trae Anderson, both from men's basketball, have been named the Back To Health EIU student-athletes of the week.

Teson was named the Ohio Valley Conference Freshman of the Week after averaging 13.5 points per game.  In the win over Indiana State he set the EIU freshman record for 3-pointers made in a game going 6-of-8 from beyond the arc.  In the win over Northern Kentucky he added three more to end the week 9-of-14.  Teson ranks third in the OVC in 3-pointers made per game and seventh in 3-point field goal percentage.

Anderson posted his third career double-double on Saturday as the Panthers beat Northern Kentucky in overtime.  Anderson had 19 points and 12 rebounds.  The 12 rebounds match his career high as he averaged 9 rebounds per game for the week.  Anderson had 12 points and two blocks in the win over Indiana State.  He is averaging 13.5 points and 4.7 rebounds per game for the season.
