Trae Anderson from men's basketball and Johnathan Boey from men's track have been named the Back To Health EIU student-athletes of the week.

Anderson helped the Panthers post wins over UT Martin and Murray State as EIU moved into first place in the OVC West Division standings.  Anderson averaged 18 points per game for the week as he ranks 14th in the OVC in scoring this season.  Anderson added 11 rebounds, four assists, two blocks and two steals for EIU.

Boey helped EIU turn in a solid team effort at the Indiana Relays as he placed first in the 60m dash facing a competitive field.  Boey posted a time of 6.80 in the Friday prelms and edged out another competitor on Saturday with a finals time of 6.88.  Boey ranks 60th in the NCAA in the 60m dash this season and first in the OVC.
