#Ta'Kenya Nixon# was selected the Student-Athlete of the Week after sweeping the OVC Player and Freshman of the Week awards for the second time this season. She averaged 18.5 points per game and recorded 11 assists versus only two turnovers in 65 minutes. She scored 18 of her season-high 20 points in the second half of the win against Western Michigan.
