#Denee' Menzione# is the Student-Athlete of the Week after an 8-for-17 showing at the plate on EIU softball's spring break trip. She helped the Panthers sweep their OVC-opening doubleheader at preseason favorite Jax State Saturday, tying the EIU all-time record with her 23rd career home run. She finished the week with two homers, five RBIs, four walks and four runs scored while hitting safely in five of the six games of the trip.
