#Alex Zwettler# of volleyball and #Chris Wright# of football have been named the EIU Student-Athletes of the Week based on their recent performances.

Zwettler helped the Panthers go 2-1 at home as she posted three straight double-doubles (kills/digs) in the matches.  Zwettler had 46 kills on the week while hitting .278.  She added 45 digs and six blocks.

Wright was named the OVC Offensive Player of the Week as he hauled in five passes for 217 yards and three second half touchdowns.  Wright had TD receptions of 15, 65 and 81 yards.  The 217 receiving yards ranks third all-time at EIU.
