#Chantelle Pressley# of women's basketball and #Mon Williams# of football have been selected as the EIU Student-Athletes of the Week.

Pressley helped power the Panthers to a win over Big 12 member Missouri on Sunday afternoon at Lantz Arena.  She scored six of her 18 points during a crucial second half run that helped EIU win 81-73.  Pressley averaged 12.5 points and 3.5 rebounds for the week.

Williams ended his career with a big game against Illinois State as he became the 24th player to rush for 1,000 or more career yards at EIU.  Williams joined the list on the first play from scrimmage as he raced 71 yards for a touchdown.  He finished the day with 87 yards.
