THE GAME

Eastern Illinois moved up to No. 2 in the FCS rankings following a 55-33 win over Southeast Missouri on Saturday at the Panthers homecoming game. It is the highest ranking by EIU or an OVC team since the Panthers were ranked No. 2 on Nov. 18, 2002.
