CHARLESTON, Ill. – Due to the recent snowfall in Charleston, Ill. last week and soft field conditions Tuesday's (Mar. 1) EIU baseball home opener against Indiana State has been rescheduled. The prearranged makeup date for the game is set for April 27 at 3 p.m. at Coaches Stadium.

EIU will travel this weekend (Mar. 4-6) to take on No. 14 Arkansas in a three-game series in Fayetteville, Ark.

The Panthers home opener is now set for March 22 against Robert Morris (Chicago) at 3 p.m.
