• Eastern Illinois dropped their first Ohio Valley Conference road match last Wednesday night to SIUE 0-3. 

•  Maggie Runge led the team at SIUE with seven kills and added two blocks.  
 
•  Madison Cunningham led the team in digs with 14, while Bailey Chandler had 17 assists.

• Hannah Sieg came up big at the net with 3 blocks and added on one kill.

PANTHERS RANKED IN OVC TOP 10
•The Panthers as a team are ranked sixth in blocking in the OVC with 114.5 blocks and have a 1.97 blocks per set average.
 
• Bailey Chandler is still in the six sport in the OVC for total assists with 8.31 assists per set.

• Runge moved up one to the fifth spot in the OVC for hitting percentage. She has a hitting percentage of .302 and has a total of 126 kills.
 
• Madison Cunningham is holding on to the sixth spot for total digs in the OVC with 253 and 4.36 digs per set average.

SCOUTING THE BRUINS 
• EIU will face off against the Belmont Bruins on the road looking for their first OVC win.

• The Bruins enter Saturday's match with a record of 1-17 over all and 0-3 in OVC matches. Belmont leads the all-time series between the two teams 8-1. 
 
• The Bruins are led by Halee Van Poppel with 214 kills which is seventh in the OVC, she is also eighth in the OVC in total points. Van Poppel leads the team in digs with 146 as well.
 
• Akia Warrior leads the team in assists with 406 assists and is currently ninth in the OVC in assists.
 
• Kailee Bass is a force at the net with 61 total blocks and is eighth in the OVC in blocks.
