Carys Grieve scored in the 15th minute of the match to give Eastern Illinois a 1-0 lead that it held through the opening half.
Little Rock then tied the match and took the lead in the span of six minutes early in the second half as the Trojans posted four second half goals to pick up a 4-2 win over Eastern Illinois.
Bronte Peel tied the match with a goal in the 54th minute and then found the back of the net a second time six minutes later to give Little Rock a lead it would not surrender.
Candice Kilderry and Amaya Arias tacked on insurance goals in the final 15 minutes of action to give the Trojans (4-4-8, 1-2-4) their first OVC win of the season.
Kate Germano cut the final deficit in half with a penalty kick goal in the 87th minute as EIU fell to 2-8-4 overall, 1-4-2 in the OVC.
EIU has two matches remaining in the regular season playing at Lindenwood on Thursday before hosting Southern Indiana next Sunday.
