Eastern Illinois baseball head coach Jason Anderson has completed his coaching staff for the 2025 season with the addition of three members of the Panthers coaching staff.
 
Max Fecske, Chandler Strader and Chandler Taylor. 
 
Fecske was hired as the Panthers pitching coach after working last season as the pitching coach at OVC member Western Illinois where he coached one All-OVC selection.  Fecske has additional coaching stops at Glendale College, Pepperdine and Cal State Northridge at the collegiate ranks while also serving as an assistant coach at prep powerhouse Notre Dame HS in Sherman Oaks, Calif.  He has worked with several Major League Baseball draft selections and coached on a couple of conference championship teams. 
 
In addition to his collegiate experience during the regular season, Fecske has worked during the summer as an assistant coach in both the Cape Cod League and Northwoods League.   He played collegiate baseball at both Glendale College and Webster University.
 
Strader joins the staff as a volunteer assistant for the 2025 season after spending the last two years on staff at King University
 
Taylor joins the staff as the Director of Player Advancement.
