Women's Basketball Schedule
Eastern Illinois basketball has announced game times for the 2024-25 men's and women's home games to be played at Groniger Arena this season.
Once again all home games will be streamed on ESPN+ as part of the Ohio Valley Conference broadcast package and carried on the radio on Hit Mix 88.9 WEIU (also streamed online).
Season ticket renewal information will be distributed on October 1 to current season ticketholders with some minor adjustments made to seating as the lower seating bowl in Groniger Arena was replaced during the summer. All fans will now enter on the main concourse level and enter seating from above in newly numbered seats and sections.
Ohio Valley Conference game times will remain the same as they have during the past several years with weekday games starting at 5 p.m. with the EIU women followed at 7:30 p.m. by the EIU men. Saturday contests will see the women tip at 1 p.m. followed by the men at 3:30 p.m.
The women's non-conference home schedule consists of four games including an exhibition game against Illinois Wesleyan on Nov. 4 at 6 p.m. EIU hosts Loyola Chicago at 2 p.m. on Nov. 23 and IU Indy at 1 p.m. on Nov. 27. The final home game will be on Dec. 6 against Indiana State at 5 p.m.
The men's non-conference schedule has four home games starting with Earlham College on November 6 at 7 p.m. EU will host Northern Illinois on Nov. 29 at 2 p.m. and then entertain Calumet College of Saint Joseph (Ind.) at 12 p.m. on Dec. 6 as this years Kid's Day Game. The final non-conference game will be Dec. 28 against Blackburn College at 2 p.m.
