Central Arkansas lost at North Texas on Thursday night dropping to 1-4 on the season. The Bears host Eastern Washington on Sunday before the Panthers visit the Farris Center.
JACOBI WITH DOUBLE FIGURE EFFORT
Kooper Jacobi led the Panthers in scoring for the second time this season as the graduate student finished with 16 points against Tiffin. The previous week he produced his third career 20-point game with a 20 point night at Notre Dame. In his two double figure scoring games this season Jacobi is shooting 50 percent from the field (15-of-30) compared to his single digit scoring games shooting 29.6 percent (8-for-27). Jacobi pulled down nine rebounds against Tiffin falling just short of his 12th career double-double. He fell just short of another double-double in EIU's early season win over Nicholls with nine points and nine rebounds.
