Panthers Volleyball are dancing after winning the OVC tournament in a 3-0 sweep against Morehead State. EIU beat Lindenwood, SEMO, and the Eagles to receive an automatic bid to the NCAA tournament. The NCAA Division I Women's Volleyball announced the 64-team field that will compete in the 2025 NCAA tournament. The top seeds of the tournament feature Nebraska, Kentucky, Texas, and Pittsburgh.
EIU will travel to the #3 seed University of Wisconsin to play the host in the second game of the regional pod. The first match will feature the #6 seed UTEP and North Carolina. Both matches will be played on Thursday, December 4th, with Eastern Illinois' match starting 30 minutes after the conclusion of UTEP and UNC, which will start at 4:30 PM CT.
The Panthers finished the regular season with a 15-3 OVC record and 24-7 overall. This is the second time in three years the Panthers will compete in the NCAA tournament. In 2023, EIU traveled to Purdue and lost their opening match to Marquette University.

All-session ticket packages for the NCAA First & Second Round matches go on-sale on Monday, December 1 at 9 a.m. online at UWBadgers.com. All-session ticket packages include one ticket valid for both NCAA 1st Round matches on Thursday, December 4 and one ticket valid for the NCAA 2nd Round match on Friday, December 5. There is no re-entry between matches on Thursday, December 5th.
Tickets may be purchased in-person at the Wisconsin Athletic Ticket office or online at uwbadgers.com. If available, tickets will be sold at Gate C day of match.
