2025 EIU Football Schedule

Eastern Illinois has announced the remainder of its 2025 football schedule along with start times for the Panthers six home games at O'Brien Field.
 
The season opens at home under the lights as EIU will host Dayton on Thursday, August 28 with a 6 p.m. kick.
 
Regional rivalries are set for the next two weeks with EIU traveling to Indiana State on Saturday, Sept. 6 before hosting Illinois State on Saturday, Set. 13.  This year's Mid-America Classic game will have a 2 p.m. kickoff.
 
EIU's final non-conference game in this year's 12-game schedule will be at 18-time national champion Alabama on Saturday, November 22.
 
Game times for EIU's previously released OVC home games were set for the season with 2 p.m. starts for home games with Tennessee State (Oct. 4), Gardner-Webb (Oct. 11) and UT Martin (Nov. 1).  The final home regular season game with Tennessee Tech will be a 12 p.m. start time on November 8.
 
This year's homecoming date will be Oct. 11 against Gardner-Webb with family weekend on Nov. 1 against UT Martin.
 
Season ticket information for the upcoming 2025 season along with potential ticket availability for the Nov. 22 game at Alabama will be released later this spring.
