GAME 25
Eastern Illinois had its three game win streak snapped on Tuesday with a 66-41 loss at SIUE.  The Panthers trailed by one at the half but an overall cold shooting night snapped EIU's win streak dropping EIU to 8-16 overall, 4-9 in the OVC.  EIU travels to Tennessee Tech on Saturday to wrap up what will be a five game stint on the road with EIU 3-1 in the first four games of the road swing.  Tennessee Tech enters the game at 12-12 overall, 7-6 in the OVC after losing to SIUE on Thursday before the Panthers visit town on Saturday afternoon.

STAPLETON ON NICE SCORING STREAK
Artese Stapleton scored in double figures for the fourth straight game leading the Panthers with 11 points in Tuesday's game at SIUE.  Stapleton is one of four EIU players averaging in double figures this season at 10.4 points per game with a season high of 17 points earlier this year against Earlham College.  He is averaging 13.0 points per game during the Panthers current four-game road swing with 16 points last Thursday night at Western Illinois.  Stapleton has picked up his 3-point shooting during the four game run including a 3-for-4 night from 3-point land at SIUE.  Over the last four games Stapleton is 7-of-13 on 3-pointers after having been 7-of-24 the remainder of the season.  A sixth year college player this season Stapleton has 1,399 career points with 73 career double figure scoring games.

CURTIS WITH THIRD STRAIGHT DOUBLE FIGURE GAME
Obadiah Curtis has provided an offensive lift off the bench for the Panthers this season especially during their last three games where he has scored in double figures in all three contests.  Curtis had ten points at SIUE on Tuesday with that performance coming on the heels of a career high night of 17 points and eight rebounds in the road win at Lindenwood.  Curtis has eight total double figure scoring games this season and has been the most productive player off the bench averaging 6.7 points per game for the season.  Over the last five games both his scoring and field goal shooting have been on the upswing averaging 10.4 points per game while shooting 56.4 percent from the field.  A transfer wing, Curtis opened his EIU career with ten points off the bench at nationally ranked Illinois.
