Eastern Illinois men's soccer finished with a 20-12 shot advantage on Sunday night but could not find the big shot into the net falling on the road 1-0 at Central Arkansas.

The Panthers applied pressure most of the evening playing with a man advantage for a majority of the second half. UCA goalkeeper Merrick Cook was able to turn away seven EIU shots on goal.

UCA was able to counter late in the second half for the only goal of the match as Devonte Richards scored in the 80th minute.

Sho Toda had two of the seven EIU shots on goal finishing the match with four total shots.  Casey Welage and Ben Griffis each added three shots for the Panthers.

EIU dropped to 1-4-1 on the season while UCA improved to 1-5-1.
