GAME 30
Eastern Illinois lost its final home game on Saturday falling to Southern Indiana which knocked the Panthers into ninth place in the OVC standings heading into the final week of the season.  EIU trails both Little Rock and Tennessee Tech in the conference race as EIU is 11-18 overall, 7-11 in the OVC.  EIU will need at least one win and some help from other schools to lock up a top eight spot in the league race and advance to Evansville.  The final two road games start on Thursday night at Lindenwood.  The Lions are 16-13 overall, 10-8 in the OVC.  EIU will end the regular season on Saturday at SIUE.  

FRUSTER WITH AN EIU HIGH 
Senior Zion Fruster went over the 20-point mark for the sixth time this season on Saturday as he scored 28 points in his final game at Groniger Arena.  Fruster has scored in double figures in five straight games averaging 19.5 points per game over those five contests while shooting 48.7 percent from the field.  For the season Fruster has 22 double figure scoring games with his 15.2 points per game average ranking sixth in the OVC.  Fruster is second in the league in free throw percentage (84.5 pct).

WHITE CLIMBS EIU TOP TEN FOR STEALS
Guard Meechie White collected a steal for the tenth straight game as the junior moved up several spots on the EIU single season top ten list for steals.  White cracked the Top 10 on Thursday night against Morehead State and moved into a tie for fifth on the single season list with two steals on Saturday.  White scored 17 points while passing out six assists.  It was his third straight double figure scoring game and second straight game with six assists.  White has six games this season with six or more assists with a high of seven.

JACOBI CHASING EIU MILESTONE
Kooper Jacobi posted his sixth straight double figure scoring game on Saturday finishing with 11 points against Southern Indiana.  It was his 45th career double figure scoring game at EIU has he recently went over the 800 career point mark as a Panther (841).  Jacobi came up just short of a double-double hauling in nine rebounds to increase his EIU career rebounding total to 585.  Jacobi needs 15 rebounds to become just the 13th player in program history to reach the 600 rebound mark for their career.
