Match 1: EIU 4, Southwest Baptist 1
Panthers opened their Saturday doubleheader with a victory over Southwest Baptist. EIU quickly moved past the Bearcats 4-1.
Laura Paniagua and Jorah Rutter suffered the only loss for the Panthers, dropping their match in two sets.
The senior leaders, Sylvia Hasz and Lilli Amettis, quickly earned a rebound victory in two sets.
Emma Schroeder and Ariadna Pereles earned the second win of the morning with a 2-0 win.
Alanys Nieves and Tori Mohesky moved to 2-0 on the weekend with the match securing victory.
Anaya Rawlinson and Katie Kopshever secured the fourth win of the match, facing no trouble, earning a 2-0 win.

EIU fell to Missouri State in the final game of the weekend tournament. The Panthers dropped their match 4-1 against the Bears.
Nieves and Mohesky earned the Panthers only win of the match, winning 2-0.
The number one pair, Paniagua and Rutter, fell 2-0 to open the match.
Amettis and Hasz were unable to keep the winning streak alive, falling 2-0.
Schroeder and Pereles quickly dropped their match in two sets.
Rawlinson and Kopshever lost 2-0 to end the weekend.
