Eastern Illinois split their final two matches on day two of the OVC Weekend. The Panthers beat Tennessee Tech for the third time this season before falling to UT Martin to conclude the weekend. After Saturday's matches, EIU moves to 5-13 (2-8 OVC).
Match 1: EIU 3, TTU 1
With the inclement weather, the Panthers only needed three wins to clinch the match win.
Laura Paniagua and Lilli Amettis quickly defeated the Golden Eagles in two sets.
Tori Mohesky and Alanys Nieves continue their red-hot momentum, earning a 2-0 victory.
Ariadna Pereles and Emma Schroeder clinched the match win with a 2-0 dual victory.
Katie Kopshever and Anaya Rawlinson pushed their dual to three sets but fell short, losing 2-1.

Mohesky and Nieves fell in their second match of the day 2-0.
Pereles and Schroeder battled closely but lost 2-1.
Kopshever and Rawlinson went the distance but were unable to clinch the victory, losing 2-1.
