Eastern Illinois women's golf coach Craig Toler has announced the signing of Ella Schweighart to play for the Panthers next academic year.
 
Schweighart (Camargo, Ill.) played at Villa Grove High School where she was a three time IHSA Class 1A Sectional Qualifier during her prep career.  As a senior she placed second at the St. Thomas More Regional.  She won more than 13 tournaments as a high school player earning both All-Area and All-Conference honors all four seasons. 
 
Schweighart joins Nunnaphat Sangsittiphan (Bangkok, Thailand) as players that have signed to play for EIU next year.
