Eastern Illinois softball has announced its fall schedule of games with the Panthers playing six of their eight dates at home at Williams Field in Charleston.
 
The schedule begins Saturday, September 19 with the Panthers hosting Illinois Central College at 12 p.m.   The Panthers are working on a second opponent at 5 pm that day but will play ICC in a doubleheader should that not happen.
 
The first of two fall games at Big Ten opponents takes place on September 25 at Illinois.   The Panthers travel to Purdue on October 4.
 
The remaining four dates are all at home with the Panthers hosting Coles County opponent Lake Land College on October 1.   EIU hosts Rock Valley College and Wabash Valley College on Saturday, October 10.
 
The fall season concludes with a Oct. 13 game against Parkland College at 6 p.m.
