SENIOR (2009-10): Played in all 31 games with 18 starts… opened season as a starter but finished season in a reserve role averaging 4.9 points per game… had three games in double figures including 25 points at Tennessee State (12/3)… in the Tennessee State game he played 52 minutes of the 3-overtime game which ranks as the third highest game minute total in EIU history… finished that game with a double-double adding 10 rebounds… later in the season had 12 rebounds against UT Martin (1/23)… shot 48.9 percent from the floor… other double figure scoring games came at Toledo and versus IUPUI.

JUNIOR (2008-09): Appeared in 30 games with 5 starts... averaged 5 points per game, averaging more than 7 points a game in first 10 contests... season high 18 points at IPFW (11/22), hitting 7-of-12 from field... had five double figure scoring games... pulled down season-high 9 rebounds at IPFW just missing a double-double... hit 43 percent from the field and 78 percent from the free throw line.

ELLSWORTH CC: Played two seasons for head coach Tony Muilenburg at Ellsworth Community College in Iowa Falls, Iowa... started 31 games as a freshman earning honorable mention All-Region XI honors as team posted an 11-20 mark… averaged 9.6 points and 4.4 rebounds per game… as a sophomore helped team advance to NJCAA Region XI Division II Championship game where they lost to Kirkwood CC… averaged 15.1 points as team improved to 20-11… shot 52.6 percent from the floor while pulling down 7.5 rebounds per contest… ranked 7th in scoring and 3rd in rebounding in the Iowa Community Colleges Athletic Conference… named second team All-Region XI.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played at Des Moines Roosevelt High School for head coach Paul Doerrfield… named first team All-Central Iowa Metro League as a senior… helped lead team to Metro League championship as a junior.

PERSONAL: Majoring in business… born in Sarajevo, Bosnia-Herzegovina but moved to United States prior to high school… son of Sead and Ifeta Suljic… No. 1 sports highlight was getting to the regional final with his junior college team.
