Biography
2008-09: Second Team All-Summit League thanks to an outstanding junior year where she set new school record times as a member of the 200-Free, 200-Medley and 400-Medley Relay units... while also setting new individual season bests in the 50, 100, and 200-Free sprints, which placed her in the EIU Top 10 in each event... all these honors came about at the Summit League meet....
2007-08: Named Summit League ‘Swimmer of the Week’ after picking up three first place victories against IUPUI to start the season... actually swam in all 13 meets as a sophomore... had 18 first place finishes over the course of the season in either individual or relay events... finished in 9th and 12th place at league meet in 100 and 50-Free, respectively, with each time topping her season best ...
2006-07: Turned in impressive swims in the 50-Free, 100-Free and 200-Free events... earned second place in all three events at the Panther Invite... also earned top twelve finishes in all three events at the league meet... a member of the record-breaking 800-Free Relay foursome....
PREP: Four-time letterwinner for coach Chris Deger at Maine South HS... earned all-conference honors twice, setting a Free Relay record in the process... named team captain....
PERSONAL: Kinesiology and sports studies major, with a minor in health and driver education... daughter of Ted Zillmer and Michelle Klein.
