JUNIOR (2011):
Ended the season with a .362 career batting average, the sixth best in EIU history… also finished the season with a .450 on base percentage, the fifth best in EIU history… Led the team with a .349 batting average… was one of only two players to start and play in all 51 contests… also posted a team-high 38 runs… collected 68 hits, 13 doubles, seven home runs and three triples… was 9-for-14 on the base paths… had a .554 slugging percentage and a .419 on base percentage… led the team in multi-hit games with 16… also had five multi-RBI games… led the team in two-out RBIs with 13… hit a team-best .391 with runners in scoring position and .382 with runners on base… hit .400 during OVC play with a .738 slugging percentage… also posted a .421 batting average with runners in scoring position in OVC games as well as hitting .412 with runners on base… made 25 starts in centerfield, but also played in right field and at both first and second base throughout the season… hit in the leadoff position 28 times and in the three hole 23 times… collected a hit in all but 10 games… also reached base safely in all but six contests… posted four hits in a game on two occasions (March 15 at Mississippi State and on April 10 at Morehead State)… went 4-for-6 with six RBIs, four runs and three homers in a win at Morehead State on April 10… went 7-for-9 with seven runs and seven RBIs in the doubleheader sweep of Morehead State on April 10.

SOPHOMORE (2010): Was one of only two Panthers to start in all 53 contests, making all 53 starts at third base… led the team in batting average, hits, doubles, home runs, RBIs, runs scored and stolen bases… became only the fifth player of the program’s Division I era to win the team Triple Crown… posted a .575 slugging percentage and .438 on base percentage… was 12-for-15 in stolen bases… hit .370 with runners on base and .349 with runners in scoring position… also hit .375 on the year in the leadoff position… batted .329 in OVC games with a .549 slugging percentage… was 5-for-8 with runners on third and two outs in OVC games… shared the team lead with 19 two-out RBIs… led the team with 21 multi-hit games and 13 multi-RBI games… reached base safely in 49 of the 53 games, highlighted by a streak of 29 consecutive games reaching base safely… ended the season riding a 12-game hitting streak… was 6-for-12 with a home run, four RBIs, four scored and three walks at the OVC Tournament.

FRESHMAN (2009): Played in 40 games, starting 36 times… finished the season ranked 20th in the nation in on-base percentage and 87th in batting average… posted a .394 batting average, the best mark among OVC freshmen… scored 43 runs, drove in 28 RBIs and collected six doubles and five home runs… was walked a team-high 29 times… posted a .547 slugging percentage and a conference-best .506 on base percentage… committed only one error on the year, posting a .984 fielding percentage… hit .452 with runners in scoring position and .417 with runners on base… registered 10, two-out RBIs… had 17 multi-hit games and seven multi-RBI games… batted .355 in OVC games with 18 runs and 15 RBIs… also posted a .548 slugging percentage in OVC action… batted .500 (22-for-44) in the leadoff position… collected his first career hit against Southeastern Louisiana on Feb. 22… hit his first career home run on March 29 against Tennessee Tech… drove in a season-high five runners at UT Martin on April 11… collected a season-high four hits versus Missouri on April 28… collected three hits, including an RBI double, in the OVC Tournament loss to Jacksonville State.

HIGH SCHOOL:
Was a two-year letter winner in baseball… selected an all-state selection during his senior season by the Chicago Tribune and Chicago Sun-Times… was a two-time all-area and all-conference player of the year… finished his career with a school record .498 batting average and .970 slugging percentage… posted a conference-best .524 batting average as a senior… was a team captain as a senior… helped Buffalo Grove HS to its first-ever appearance in the elite eight round of the IHSA State Tournament in 2007… played for John Wendell in high school.
