JUNIOR (2011): Played in 15 games, making five starts… hit .273 on the year with four RBIs and six hits… played in six OVC contests, posting a .286 batting average… went 1-for-3 with a run and a season-high two RBIs.

SOPHOMRE (2010): Played in 49 games, making 47 starts… hit .255 on the year with 39 hits and 24 RBIs… also scored 15 runs and had seven extra base hits… led the OVC in sacrifice bunts with 12, finishing the year nationally ranked in the top 30… hit .302 with runners in scoring position… hit .302 (16-for-53) with runners in scoring position… also hit .778 (7-for-9) with a runner on third base and two outs… hit home runs in consecutive at bats against Morehead State on April 11, posting his first collegiate multi-home run game… hit .327 in the month of April… posted a season-high four RBIs at Belmont on Feb. 28.

FRESHMAN (2009): Played in 28 games, making 24 starts behind the plate… hit .264 on the year with 19 RBI and 14 runs… also had four doubles and four home runs… posted a .486 slugging percentage… had 11, two-out RBIs… posted 11 sacrifice bunts… batted .300 with runners in scoring position… also went 5-for-6 with runners on third with two outs… recorded his first collegiate hit versus Saint Louis on Feb. 27… hit his first collegiate home run at Morehead State on March 21… had six multi-hit games and six multi-RBI games.

HIGH SCHOOL: Was a three-year letterwinner in baseball… also lettered in basketball… earned North Suburban Conference honors as a junior and senior… also earned all-area honors by the Daily Herald and All-Lake County honors in 2007 and 2008… finished his career ranked third in career home runs… also earned academic all-conference accolades… was a member of the National Honor Society… also played for the Kenosha Indians summer team… played for Mike Mizwicki.
