SENIOR (2011): Made 21 appearances, making one start… posted an Ohio Valley Conference leading 2.18 ERA… had a 3-2 record… threw 35 strikeouts and held opposing hitters to a .242 batting average in 53.2 innings of action… posted a 2.82 ERA and 202 record in OVC contests… only allowed an earned run in six of his 21 appearances… also only allowed two or more earned runs in a contest on four occasions… threw a season-high seven strikeouts against Illinois in Mattoon, Ill., at Peterson Park on April 12… did not allow a hit and only issued one walk in four innings against the Illini on April 12… tossed six strikeouts on April 23 versus Murray State, only surrendering three hits and one run in four innings… only allowed one earned run in 11 appearances between April 12 and May 17, striking out 25 and issuing four walks in 32.1 innings of action.

JUNIOR (2010): Made a team-high 24 appearances, making six starts… posted a 5.64 ERA and a 2-4 record… led the OVC and ranked fifth nationally in pickoffs with nine… threw 31 strikeouts in 52.2 innings of work… went 2-1 in OVC contests… was 2-2 with a 3.77 ERA while holding opposing hitters to a .259 batting average in 18 relief appearances… limited opposing hitters to a .253 batting average against with runners on base… led the pitching staff in April with a 1.86 ERA and .175 batting average against… limited opposing hitters to a .214 batting average at Coaches Stadium.

LINCOLN TRAIL COLLEGE (2008-09): Earned All-Great Rivers Athletic Conference honors in 2009 after compiling a 7-2 record with a 1.75 ERA… collected 52 strikeouts while only issuing 15 walks in 48 innings.

HIGH SCHOOL: Was a three-year letterwinner in baseball… two-time All-Hoosier Crossroads Conference honoree during his junior and senior seasons… posted a 7-2 record as a senior… participated in the Indiana North/South All-Star Game in 2007… finished his career with a school record 16-game hit streak… also played for the Indiana Bulls (2004-07) and the Grand Lake Mariners (2009) in the summer… played for Kevin Maxwell.
