2012-13: Finished his Panther campaign with a 6-10 overall and 6-6 duo mark... played mostly at the No. 2 spot in the singles lineup, going 2-7 in league play... teamed with classmate Michael Sperry at the top of the doubles lineup as the duo sported an even 3-3 record in OVC action.

2011-12: Registered a 4-13 singles mark, playing in the top three spots in the lineup... was 2-6 all-time in league matchups... owned a 10-7 duo record as he teamed with both Kevin Bauman and Volodymyr Zverkovsky... the Warren/Kevin team went 8-4 in doubles, including a perfect 2-0 at the top spot and 5-4 at No. 2 duos... OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2010-11: Improved to 4-13 in singles action, including a 2-5 OVC record, where he was placed at both the No. 2 and No. 3 spot in the Panther lineup... finished with a nice 6-7 mark in doubles, as he anchored the No. 3 duo spot alongside Kevin Bauman... OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2009-10: Went 3-15 in singles, playing mostly at the No. 3 spot... but also seeing action at either spot above or below... was 2-3 at the No. 3 portion of the singles lineup... just 1-14 in doubles when playing alongside Matyas Hilgert at the No. 2 spot... OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

HS: Played under head coach Cary Jackson on Garland High School’s state champion tennis team out of Dallas, Texas in 2007 & 2008… went undefeated in district matches in senior season....

PERSONAL: Credits his father for being the top influence on his sports career “because he has always been there and has helped me through my whole career and pushed me to be better”… coach he most admires is Dave Anderson, because “he is a good example and teaches life lessons along with tennis through his experiences”….

OFF THE COURT WITH WARREN: Nicknamed ‘Stonehands’... chose EIU because of the, “close environment, good academics and hard-working athletic department”... athlete he likes to watch most is teammate Jeff Rutherford... some hidden talents include being able to juggle and program calculators and computers... drives a 2007 Honda Fit... favorite food is pizza... favorite t.v. show is Big Bang Theory... favorite movie is Accepted... would like to switch places with Rafael Nadal to, “know how it would be to be able to work in the extreme extra effort”... favorite building on the EIU campus is Stevenson Hall... since coming to EIU he has learned “that it’s important to stick together with your friends”... he has a dog named ‘Venus’ and three cats named ‘Athena’, ‘D’Artagnan’ and ‘Smokey’... his advice to younger athletes is “go the extra mile no matter how tired and work harder than others”... his favorite quote comes via Dave Anderson -- “Luck is when preparation meets opportunity”... after graduation he would like to become a doctor.
