2016-17 (SENIOR): Played in two tournaments competing in six rounds... had a season stroke average of 81.83... was tied for 60th at APSU Intercollegiate... had two rounds in the 70s with season best round of 77 at Missouri State Twin Oaks Invite... 

2015-16 (JUNIOR): Played in seven tournaments competing in 21 rounds for the year... had a season stroke average of 80.9... season best finish was tied for 43rd at the Murray State Fall Invite... had two rounds below par on the sesaon with a low of 70 at the F&M Bank APSU Intercollegiate and a 71 at the Murray State Fall Invite... best 54-hole total was 220 (four over par) at the APSU Intercollegiate... 

2014-15 (SOPHOMORE): One of just two Panthers to play in all nine events and 26 rounds of action... finished with a 78.9 stroke average during his sophomore campaign... secured a season-best 11th place finish at the Chicago State Fall Classic... placed 52nd at the end-of-season OVC meet.

2013-14 (FRESHMAN): As a true freshman, Hughes played saw action in 12 rounds over the course of five events... finished with a 79.3 stroke average... his top performance of 74 strokes came during the second round of the Butler Fall Invitational, where he ended up with a season-best 30th place finish.

HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered in golf and football for coaches Evan Hewes and Jeff Van Straten at Cedarburg HS up in Wisconsin... tabbed First Team All-Conference and Second Team All-State... his high school squad captured regional, sectional and state champion trophies during the 2013 campaign... graduated with high honors.
