EIU (2009-10): In his second season as a Panther the transfer did not compete in any events in either the fall or spring seasons....
EIU (2008-09): After transferring to EIU, he saw action in four events during the spring portion of the schedule... finished with a season-best finish at the Butler Spring Invitational, tying for 28th place... ended the season with a 80.8 stroke average....
HS/JC: Played varsity golf for coach Norm Stewart at De La Salle College in Melbourne... finished with a senior year average of 74.6... also earned a 2004 state appearance his senior year... earned the Academic Excellence Award for his business study in 2002... transfered to EIU following after attending New Mexico Junior College....
PERSONAL: Son of Lawerence & Nalda Mannix... majoring in economics... credits his father and coach, Greg Norman, for having the biggest influence on his golf career... admires coach Steve Waugh, who retired as captain of the Australian Cricket team... choose to come to EIU “because I wanted to see new part of America, specifically the midwest”... his favorite food is anything Italian... would love to switch places with Greg Norman for one day, “because of his work ethic both on and off the golf course”... if he could, he’d love to bring Australian Rules Football from his hometown to EIU... one of her personal goals is to “continue improving and becoming a better golfer”....
