2020: Competed in indoor track during the 2020 season... outdoor season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic... INDOOR: Competed in seven meets during the indoor season... set school record in the shot put with a throw of 50'9.25" at the OVC Indoor Track Championships... shot put mark at the OVC Championships placed first to earn first team All-OVC honors... added a first place finish in the shot put at the Grand Valley Big Meet with a throw of 48'... season best weight throw mark was 57'5" at the EIU John Craft which ranked fifth on the EIU career record book list... USTFCCCA All-Academic...

2019: Competed in indoor and outdoor track during the 2019 season... INDOOR - Competed in eight meets during the indoor season... competed in the shot put and weight throw... had a season best shot put mark of 43-01 at the EIU Early Bird... had a season best weight throw mark of 56-03.75 at the Illinois Intercollegiate, mark ranked seventh on EIU career list... OUTDOOR - Competed in ten meets during the outdoor season... competed in all four throwing events posting a top five finish in each event at the OVC Outdoor Championships including a podium finish in the hammer (gold), shot put (silver) and javelin (bronze)... qualified for the NCAA West Regional in the hammer throw finishing 29th the NCAA Regional with a throw of 191-06... set the school record three times during the season in the hammer throw with final record setting throw of 197-03 coming at the OVC Outdoor Championships which won gold to earn first team All-OVC honors... second team All-OVC honors in the shot put after earning silver medal with a second best shot put mark of 46-01.25, mark ranked sixth on EIU career list... won the bronze medal in the javelin with a season best throw of 134-07 at the OVC meet... posted two first place finishes in the javelin during the season winning the EIU Big Blue with a throw of 118-07 and the IU Billy Hayes with a throw of 130-06... season best discus throw was 147-04 at the OVC meet which placed fifth, mark ranked ninth on the EIU career list... USTFCCCA All-Academic...

2018: Competed in indoor and outdoor track during 2018 season... INDOOR - competed in seven meets during the indoor season... competed in the weight throw and shot put... season best weight throw was 49'2.50" at the Illinois Classic... season best shot put was 42'9.75" at the EIU Friday Night... OUTDOOR - competed in eight meets during the outdoor season... competed in all four throws events scoring points at the Ohio Valley Conference Outdoor Championships in the javelin and hammer throw... won a bronze medal in the javelin at the OVC Championships with a season best throw of 135'11" which ranked sixth on the EIU career list... had a first place finish in the javelin at the Indiana State Pacesetter... season best hammer throw was 162'7" at the OVC Championship, mark ranked seventh on the EIU career list... season best discus was at the Louisville Twilight with a throw of 134'11"... season best shot put mark was 42'8.25" at the Western Kentucky Hilltopper Relays... 

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in track at local Charleston HS... advanced to the IHSA Class 2A State Championships as a senior in shot put and discus... placed third in the state in discus with a finals mark of 124'9"... placed 8th in the state in the shot put with a finals mark of 39'10"... was the winner of the Mattoon Section in both throws events winning the shot put with a mark of 41'9" and the discus with a throw of 128'5"...
