2021: Returned to compete only in outdoor track season using COVID-19 senior season... competed in eight meets during the outdoor season... earned second team All-Ohio Valley Conference honors with a silver medal finish in the hammer at the Ohio Valley Conference Outdoor Championships... posted a season best throw at the OVC Championships of 202'2" which ranked second on the EIU career list... competed in the NCAA West Regional in the hammer placing 31st with a NCAA Regional mark of 196'2"... added a first place finish in the hammer during the season at the EIU / Indiana State Dual... added competition in the discus and shot put... season best discus mark was 161'5" at the EIU / Indiana State Dual... named OVC Field Athlete of the Week on April 8... season best shot put was 53'5" at the OVC Outdoor Championships good for a bronze medal finish... member of OVC Outdoor Championship squad scoring points in the discus, hammer and shot put...

2019: Competed in indoor and outdoor track during the 2019 season... INDOOR - Competed in seven meets during the indoor season... competed in weight throw and shot put... season best weight throw was 60-06.75 at the OVC Indoor Championships which ranked as sixth best mark in school history... placed fourth in the weight throw at the OVC meet.. posted a first place finish in the weight throw at the EIU Early Bird with a mark of 56'... season best shot put was 45-02.25 at the Illinois Intercollegiate... OUTDOOR - Competed in eight meets during the outdoor season... competed in the hammer, discus and shot put... season best hammer throw was 193-02 at the EIU Big Blue with mark ranked fourth on EIU career list... season best discus mark was 134-40 at the OVC Outdoor Championships... season best shot put was 46-01.50 at the OVC Outdoor Championships... scored points in two events as a member of the OVC Outdoor Championship squad... 

2018: Competed in indoor and outdoor track during the 2018 season... INDOOR - competed in eight meets during the indoor season... competed in the weight throw with a season best mark of 53'0.50" at the EIU Friday Night Special... placed fourth in the weight throw at the Ohio Valley Conference Indoor Championship... OUTDOOR - competed in eight meets during the outdoor season... competed in the hammer, shot put and discus... season best hammer throw was 186'7" at the OVC Outdoor Championships, mark ranked fourth on the EIU career list... season best shot put was 46'5.25" at the OVC Championship... season best discus was 130'7" at the Louisville Twilight... 

2017: Competed in indoor and outdoor track during the 2017 season... INDOOR - competed in eight meets during the indoor season... competed in the weight throw with a season best mark of 56'10" at the Grand Valley Big Meet, mark ranked ninth on the EIU career list... earned points in the weight throw at the Ohio Valley Conference Indoor Championships... member of OVC Indoor Championship team... OUTDOOR - competed in seven meets during the outdoor season... threw both the discus and hammer... season best discus mark was 103'5" at the EIU Big Blue Classic... season best hammer throw was 175'8.50" at the ISU Redbird... 

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed at Fort Zumwalt West HS in O'Fallon, Mo...  won the Big River Runner Championship Series weight throw during the indoor season with a mark of 63'3.50"...  During the outdoor season he competed in the shot put and discus... as a junior advanced to the Missouri Class 5A District 4 Championships in the shot put... twin brother Zach also competes in throws at EIU...
