2022: First Team All-OVC

2022 (SOPHOMORE): Appeared in 20 games during the season mainly in relief for the Panthers... lead the team with an ERA of 3.35 in 45.2 innings of work with a 5-4 record... posted 66 strikeouts to just 21 walks... held opponents to a .216 batting average (lowest on the team)... was third in the OVC in strikeouts looking with 23... was also tied for second in the OVC in runners picked off with three... had a season high nine strikeouts in five innings of work against Murray State (April 22)... picked up a win for his eight strikeout performance ein a 7-5 victory against SEMO (May 20)... started two games this season at Little Rock (Feb. 20) and against Bellarmine (April 5)... earned his first win of the season at Grambling State after throwing 4.2 innings in relief with six strikeouts (March 5)... earned his only save of the season against Morehead State after throwing two strikeouts in the ninth inning (May 7)...

2021 (FRESHMAN): Received NCAA waiver to get additional year of eligibility due to shortened 2020 season based on COVID-19 pandemic... made 14 appearances as a pitcher with five starts... made EIU collegiate debut with one inning of work at Nicholls State (Feb. 21)... finishes season with a 0-5 record and 9.76 ERA in 27.2 innings of work... picked up a save against Maryville (April 13)... made four of five starts early in season with season long outing of 5.0 innings at Bellarmine (March 2)... had 29 strikeouts for the year with a season high eight at Bellarmine... 

JUNIOR COLLEGE: Played at nearby Lake Land College... started three games on the mound during shortened 2020 season... posted a 1-2 record with 20 strikeouts in 15 innings of work... 

HIGH SCHOOL: Played baseball at nearby Mattoon HS... was selected to the All Apollo Conference 1st Team and helped Mattoon HS win the 2019 Conference Championship...  played summer baseball with Mattoon Post 88, which was Coached by Stacey Birdsong.
