SOPHOMORE (2015): Appeared as a back-up in first two games of the season at Georgia... was 0-for-2 in plate appearances... OVC Medal of Honor award winner... 

FRESHMAN (2014): Played in 14 games with one start… hit .231 with two runs and a RBI… made his first career start on April 9 against Illinois College… posted his first career hit at No. 9 Louisville on Feb. 25.

HIGH SCHOOL: Was selected to participate in the Plainfield Showcase as a junior… posted a .326 batting average in the spring of 2012 with 11 runs and five RBI… also had a .452 on-base percentage.
 
PERSONAL: Son of Rick and Sally Sterioti… father played baseball at EIU from 1984-87.
