2009: Green pitched in nine games in relief… closed out the win at Chicago State by working a scoreless ninth inning, striking out a pair… struck out All-OVC outfielder Daniel Adamson of Jacksonville State to end the seventh inning of the nightcap of the Jacksonville April 18 doubleheader… retired the only batter he faced in the spring break trip game against Bradley.

2008: Green pitched in seven games… only had to throw one pitch to record his first career win in the midweek victory against Monmouth College… pitched a season-high inning and two-thirds in his collegiate debut, the middle game of the season-opening series at Southeastern Louisiana… pitched on back-to-back days twice: against Bucknell and Akron during the spring break trip and Monmouth and Chicago State during the season-long homestand in early April.

HIGH SCHOOL: He was a three-year letter-winner for coach Matt Carlson… also lettered three times in football, once in basketball and played for the school’s hockey club… No. 1 pitcher each of his three varsity seasons… team captain as a senior… First Team All-Corn Belt Conference safety in football… led the team in touchdowns in each of his upperclassman seasons… captain of the hockey team all four years… also played for the Rochester American Legion team… member of German Club and yearbook.

PERSONAL: No. 1 sports highlight was throwing a no-hitter his junior year… his father has been a major influence on his sports career because "he always pushed me to do better and was very supportive"… most admires coach Carlson because "he developed such a great relationship with his players"… son of Tom and Michelle Green… MAJOR: Business Marketing.
