* In his first year on staff, Eastern recorded an overall record of 16-16 and qualified for the OVC Tournament. 
* Helped guide EIU to a 28-5 overall record in 2023, as the Panthers won the OVC regular season and tournament titles and made their first NCAA Tournament appearance since 2001.
* Has coached seven All-Conference selections since arriving at EIU in 2022, including two-time OVC Player of the Year Giovana Larregui Lopez and 2023 Setter of the Year Catalina Rochaix. 
* Assisted in leading the EIU beach volleyball program to their first ever wins in 2023. 
* Currently pursuing a master's degree in Exercise Physiology at EIU.
