Biography

2013 (SENIOR): Started all 12 games at right guard blocking for the nation's top offensive unit... part of starting offensive line unit that earned OVC Offensive Player of the Week honors following Panthers season opening win over FBS member San Diego State, marking first time in league history an offensive line had won the award... helped team set school and OVC records in total offense, passing offense and scoring... 2012 (JUNIOR): Started all 12 games at right guard blocking for the nation's No. 6 team in total offense... helped offense set school record in total offense (5,651 yards) and touchdown passes (34)... 2011 (SOPHOMORE): Started 10 of 11 games at right guard... missed Austin Peay game due to injury... helped block for the No. 27 ranked pass offense in the nation... was named to Phil Steele FCS Preview preseason All-OVC second team...2010 (RS-FRESHMAN): Started all 11 games at right guard... was the lone offensive lineman to start all 11 games on the season... was the only offensive lineman to play the same position all year... was one of two redshirt freshmen in the starting line-up on a young offensive line... 2009 (FRESHMAN): Redshirted.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played for coach Mo Moriarity at Carmel HS... named to Class 5A Indiana All-State team after starting for first time as a senior in 2008… Indiana Coaches Association Top 50 selection… helped lead team to 13-2 record and state runner-up finish… considered athletic lineman for his size… first team All-Metropolitan Conference in 2008.
