Biography

2011 (RS-FRESHMAN): Transferred to Eastern Illinois in the spring of 2011 and will have to sit out the season due to NCAA transfer rules.

CONCORDIA: Redshirted freshman season at Concordia University in St. Paul, Minn.

HIGH SCHOOL: Earned three letters each in football and track &?field at Niles West HS... a captain and All-Conference performer... named Offensive MVP... recorded 57 pancakes in 2009...  allowed just one sack in nearly 1500 attempts.

PERSONAL: Majoring in history... son of Michael and Irene Tripkos... brother Dmitri is also a member of EIU football team... will major in education.
