Ty Webb joined the Eastern Illinois athletic staff as the strength coach for Panther football in January 2015.

Webb joins the EIU staff following one year as an assistant strength coach at Louisiana Tech where he assisted with football and served as the main strength coach for baseball.

Webb earned his bachelor's degree from Louisiana College in 2010 where he was a four-year letter winner on the football team. He then served three years on the athletic staff in the strength department. Webb worked as both an assistant strength coach and assistant football coach for two years and the head strength coach and defensive line coach for one year.

Webb holds,USAW certification and PES Certification. He is CPR certified and Praxis 1
