EIU: 2009 Outlook: Will be a scout team player on defensive line... 2008: Redshirted the season after sitting out due to NCAA transfer rules from Northwood (Mich.) University. 

NORTHWOOD: Signed with NCAA Division II Northwood Univ., but did not play during 2007 season. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Two-year starter for coach Andy Bitto at Carmel HS earning first team All-East Suburban Catholic Conference honors... team captain... led team with 115 tackles as a senior... helped team to two straight IHSA state tournament appearances. 

PERSONAL: Majoring in physical education... son of Mike and Cindy Murnane... father played football at Holy Cross while older brother plays at Central Michigan.
