EIU: 2008 Outlook: Will start at left guard... candidate for All-OVC honors... 2007: Earned All-OVC Newcomer team honors... started 8 of 12 games at left guard... played 448 snaps grading out at 85 percent for the season... credited with 35 decleater blocks, ranked third on team... helped offensive line rank sixth in the nation for least amount of sacks allowed... transferred from Bowling Green State University at spring semester.

BOWLING GREEN: 2006: Appeared in one game at Wisconsin... BGSU finished season 4-8... 2005: Redshirted.

HIGH SCHOOL: Earned three varsity letters in football playing for coach Jon Rommel at Springfield North High School... 2004 first team All-GWOC... All-Area and All-County... also lettered in track and basketball.

PERSONAL: Majoring in sociology... No. 1 sports highlight was "running for a touchdown during sophomore year of high school"... son of Dennis and Sandy Mahoney.
