2011 (SENIOR): Played in eight games as a back-up defensive lineman... made nine tackles (2 solo) with a half-sack at Southeast Missouri... 2010 (JUNIOR): Played in nine games making three straight starts against Jacksonville State, Southeast Missouri and Eastern Kentucky... finished year with 22 tackles (8 solo)... had 1.5 tackles for loss and one quarterback hurry all in contest against Southeast Missouri... season-high five tackles game at Illinois State in final game of the year... 2009 (SOPHOMORE): Played in all 12 games as a reserve defensive tackle… finished season with 11 tackles (4 solo)…. top game was four tackles in win at Southeast Missouri… credited with three quarterback hurries. 

NAVY: Played junior varsity football at Navy during 2008 season… originally signed with EIU before appointment to US Naval Academy… 

HIGH SCHOOL: two way lineman at Bishop McNamara HS for coach Rich Zinanni… Illinois HS Coaches Association Class 4A All-State on defense… added 61 tackles as a senior… as a junior made 72 tackles, 38 solo and contributed 7.5 sacks… first-team All-Area, All-Conference and All-Catholic League on both sides of the ball… ranked No. 1 wrestler in state for his weight class. 

PERSONAL: Majoring in kinesiology... son of Michael and Patricia Letton.
