EASTERN ILLINOIS: 2007: Walked on to Panther football team during spring practice... expected to be used as a scout team player... did not play during 2006 fall semester, using redshirt year.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played for coach Sean Mele at Chicago's Marist HS... Chicago Sun Times honorable mention All-Area... rushed for more than 1,400 yards in senior year... won Block-M award for excellent achievement in football... won Marist Coach's Award... team captain... All-East Suburban Catholic League.

PERSONAL: Majoring in business... son of Joe and Terese LaRocco... No. 1 sports highlight was "leading team to victory over third-ranked Morgan Park in the IHSA 7A football playoffs".
